I see it that many people always compare him with Edward. They state that he's immature, but can you blame the guy since he's still a teenager and has to deal with so much in his life? People fail to realize that Edward is way older than Jacob.(he's over 100!)Of course he's mature!(duh!)But Jacob takes in things differently than Edward.
Jacob is very misunderstood and if people gave him a chance, they would probably like him. (They need to understand his side of the story)(he lost his mom in a car accident)
Bella and Edward--He's not getting in the way of it. I feel like he was forced into it. Sure it's not Bella's fault. After Edward left, she went and visited Jacob and they became better friends. Both were not asking for it, it just happened. Many hate him simply for trying to steal Bella away from Edward. He doesn't do much till Eclipse when he tries to prove to her that she loves him back. (She just couldn't accept it till the end when she was able to see her life with him.) That's all he ever wanted to do and he did love her. (You just can't control love, you fight for it. That's what I admire about him.)
-His attitude. Well that's what happens when you become a werewolf. He became kind of like a different person. They seem all like that except for Seth and a few others. I also can't blame his sarcastic ways throughout Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. I think that he tries to hide the pain he holds inside and acts like nothing is wrong. So to cover that pain he's very sarcastic and I guess sometimes mean. Then again I see through him.
-There are many good things about Jacob that no one realizes. Like the fact that he helped Bella be able to smile again. (Before she hardly was able to live, he helped her look forward to getting up in the morning and hang out.) His intentions are good, but very misunderstood because of his actions. He was willing in Breaking Dawn to leave Sam's pack to go protect Bella. He was willing to step down of Edward and Bella's relationship as soon as he became satisfied and the truth was revealed to Bella. (If you know something is true involving that person, you should tell that person the truth and make them realize it. That's what he did.) He and Bella are best friends. He knows her very well, like Edward does. ^^
